Welcome to Da Buoys! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Da Buoys iOS application ("the App") provided by Brevify ("we", "our", "us"). By using Da Buoys, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the App (but we'll miss you in the lineup).
Da Buoys provides real-time ocean buoy data from various sources including NOAA and PacIOOS. We display this information in a clean, easy-to-read format to help you make informed decisions about ocean conditions.

The Da Buoys app, including its design, features, and content (excluding third-party data), is owned by Brevify. You may not copy, modify, or distribute the app without our permission. The ocean, however, belongs to everyone.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we'll notify you through the app. Your continued use after changes means you accept the new Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Hawaii (where else?), without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Hawaii, preferably over a post-surf smoothie.
